Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of 27/06/2025, by and between High Peek Pro Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "HPP"), a company incorporated under the laws of Australia, with its principal place of business located in Queensland Australia, and (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"), whose principal place of business is located at .

Whereas, HPP offers a Database Reactivation Campaign (the "Campaign") designed to help businesses re-engage with their previous or dormant leads through strategic marketing efforts;

And Whereas, the Client wishes to engage HPP to participate in the Campaign under the terms and conditions set forth herein;

Now, Therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Campaign Fee: The total cost for the Client to participate in the Database Reactivation Campaign is $1997 AUD plus GST, resulting in a total of $2196.70 AUD. Payment shall be structured as follows:

An initial payment of $500 AUD (including GST) is required to start the Campaign.

The remaining balance of $1696.70 AUD (including GST) will be due 30 days after the initial payment, contingent upon mutual agreement of both parties that the Provisional Promise, as detailed in Section 2, has been met.

2. Provisional Promise:

Guarantee: HPP guarantees that the Client will acquire a minimum of 10 ideal clients within the next 30 days of participating in the Campaign. Should this outcome not be realised, HPP will continue to offer its services to the Client at no extra charge until such a result is achieved.

Conditions: To qualify for the Provisional Promise, the Client must meet the following conditions:

The Client must have a suitable offer that can be effectively marketed to the database of leads.

The Client must provide a database of leads, with a minimum of 1000 entries, for the reactivation campaign.

The Client's business must have prior clientele and not be a new establishment.

The Client agrees to respond to inquiries generated from the Campaign within 24 hours, using an approved response template provided by HPP.

3. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to the payment terms as outlined in Section 1. Non-compliance with these payment terms may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is settled.

4. Term and Termination: This Agreement is effective from the date of the first payment and will continue until the services are completed, unless terminated earlier by either party with a 30-day written notice.

5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

6. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between HPP and the Client regarding its subject matter, replacing all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements between the parties.
